Stress!

We all have daily stressors. I escape into books and video games to soothe/avoid mine.


There are tons of ways to combat stress. Yoga, walks, exercise, meditation ...


What do you use to help you relax? Have you found anything that works better for you since COVID hit? Do you use apps or digital resources?


Books will always be my go to, but having alternative methods to cope with stress and anxiety is always helpful!
